do on-line exams,
 present projects via e-mail,
text your teacher,
organize your work,
correct your work by yourself,
check your mistakes,
sew,
cook,
..........................................and many more things such as
being more patient,
using your imagination more often,                                                                                             knowing your family better, ......and                                                                            so many more things.

SOME OF YOU MIGHT THINK THERE IS NOTHING GOOD ABOUT THE CLOSEDOWN, AND THERE AREN'T MANY GOOD THINGS BUT ...ALWAYS LOOK ON THE BRIGHT SIDE(hay que mirar el lado positivo): YOU HAVE LEARNT MANY DIFFERENT THINGS.

4. SOCIAL SCIENCE: HISTORY. Modern Era - PART 4-

Today you will learn about the INDUSTRIAL REVOLUTION. This revolution wasn't an aggressive revolution, no!!! It was the moment in which technology started changing our lives. Big factories appeared, and factories started producing WAY MORE products than a little blacksmith (herrero), tailor(sastre) could ever dream of making (jamás podrían soñar en producir). Factories took over (
tomaron la delantera) from these small shops. People bought more products .... because there were more to buy, some people became very, very rich (some bourgeoise=burgueses) and others very poor (most proletarian=proletariado). The owners of the factories recieved a lot of money but didn't pay a lot of money (salary) to the proletarian/factory workers. Pollution started during this revolution too. ....well, well, well. Today's lesson is interesting and very important for our WORLD'S HISTORY.

(By the way, do you see anybody in the gear wheels/ruedas de engranaje? ;-))
